TAAT was established in 1972, as the first privately-owned and operated cargo air freighter and aviation services provider in Sudan. Its local, regional and global networks cover Africa & the Middle East, Europe and North & South America. It remains the first and as of yet the only company to have operated trans-Atlantic routes. The company's extensive infrastructure includes its HQ, its airport-based offices, Storage Areas & warehouses, a fleet of Boeing 707s as well as its Ground Handling and Maintenance Divisions.
